Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2026-04

Purpose:

To amend Zoning Bylaw No. 2024-22 as follows:

• Delete and replace definition of "Short Term Rental";
• Delete and replace definition of "Short Term Rental, High Occupant";
• Remove and replace Section 7.6.2.2; and
• Remove and replace Section 7.6.3.2.

The purpose of the above amendments is to align with Business Licence Bylaw No. 2026-01.

Notice: 

Pursuant to the Local Government Act the Public Hearing was advertised on Friday, March 6, 2026 and Wednesday, March 11, 2026 in an online news source and the newspaper.
