Purpose:


To amend Zoning Bylaw No. 2024-22 as follows:

  • Delete and replace definition of "Short Term Rental";
  • Delete and replace definition of "Short Term Rental, High Occupant";
  • Remove and replace Section 7.6.2.2; and
  • Remove and replace Section 7.6.3.2.

The purpose of the above amendments is to align with Business Licence Bylaw No. 2026-01.
