Frank Conci, Ridgedale Avenue, submitted letter about fees, understands it is not part of the zoning amendment being considered, attended meeting in case there were any questions. The Mayor asked the public for the second time if anyone wished to speak to the bylaw. No one spoke. The Mayor asked the public for the third and final time if anyone wished to speak to the bylaw.
