To amend Zoning Bylaw No. 2024-22 as follows:


Rezone Lot 1 District Lot 1997S Similkameen Division Yale District Plan 7899, located at 2020 Main Street, from C8 (Vehicle Service Station) to C7 (Service Commercial).


The applicant has proposed to renovate the existing building to allow for a car rental business.

Pursuant to the Local Government Act the Public Hearing was advertised on Friday, October 10, 2025 and Friday, October 17, 2025 in an online news source and the newspaper.


Submissions:


No letters have been received regarding the Zoning Amendment Bylaw (as of noon Wednesday, October 15, 2025).

No new information can be received regarding "Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2025-33" (2020 Main Street).
